As of now when at downstream(ex. Hive), when we try to add Ozone dependencies
for the sake of running MiniOzoneCluster.
There are conflicts due to different versions of third-party libs like Guava.
Explore adding a shaded module for MiniOzoneCluster, which shades all such
dependencies
