We have a dependency added for protobuf from hadoop-thirdparty:
[https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/pom.xml#L1345-L1349]
But I guess we can't do it directly for Guava, Ozone is on higher version as
compared to Hadoop-thirdparty. If we decide on this, might need new
Ozone-Thirdparty repo
