For me the case was in Hive tests to isolate parallel tests, Hive adds random
number path for Warehouse directory, which Ozone didn't like, considering
Bucket name can not be all numbers or IPv4, and was leading to NPE, with no
clue in logs either.
very specific to ozone not with hdfs or localFs, should log and throw the
exception, rather than eating it up, guessing such corner cases just looking at
NPE isn't that easy....
