Implement Freon command which allows the user to run three types of performance
tests:
1. Pure read: should be able to read key content or only metadata of keys
2. Pure write: should be able to write zero to specific bytes to a key
3. Read + Write workload
(pre-generated keys should be allowed to be in sorted order or unsorted order)
