ECREconstructionCoordinator is doing the reconstruction blocks by blocks in
sequential. This Jira to track and implement the option to increase the
parallelism. So, that if any cluster has powerful DNs, this values can be
tuned. Please note, parallelism will depend on NW as well, as it needs to read
more data parallel.
