Summary: Enable SchemaV3 by default

Stability:
SchemaV3 has used int the production cluster of Tencent and Qihu for more than
half year. So far, the only issue reported by Qihu is the too many small sst
files due to migrating all existing SchemaV2 containers to SchemaV3(This
migrating tool is developed by Qihu itself).
Performance:
A stress performance is conducted against V3 and V2. V3 has the same write
performance as V2 with big file/object, and has around 10% write performance
gain than V2 with small file/object(<16MB). For read, V3 has the same
performance as V2.
In a summary, I think it's the right time to enable V3 by default.
