To release manager: It seems ozone-1.3 branch cut-off is happening:
https://github.com/apache/ozone/tree/ozone-1.3
Setting the Fixed Version to 1.3.0 for now. If this commit is not pulled into
1.3.0 later, you could bump the Fixed Version to 1.4.0. Thanks.
