Description:
Rename "OM DB Sync" to "DB Sync" on the UI for the potentially future SCM DB
Sync manual trigger as well.
At the moment it seems we have not implemented SCM delta update like OM just
yet? [~aswinshakil] If so we need to add more tasks in HDDS-2852. cc [~devmadhu]
Also doing this might could make it a bit more user friendly. Discussion:
