[~sumitagrawl] Since the deletion in SCM HA needs to go through Ratis to ensure
reliability, I am doubting the direct update in Approach 1. I am not sure if
there is any other mechanism to let them go through Ratis but not use the TXN
buffer.
So basically, I have similar opinions to [~erose]
