Yes, you are correct [~szetszwo].
I found there is another NOTICE in
hadoop-ozone/recon/src/main/resources/webapps/recon/ozone-recon-web/NOTICE
However, it says "Copyright 2019 and onwards The Apache Software Foundation."
Is is appropriate to use "onwards"?
