Thanks [~zitadombi] & [~adoroszlai] for the detailed analysis.
We don't have to refactor and change {{hadoop.log.dir}} to {{ozone.log.dir}}.
As you mentioned, it will be a big change and will also break backward
compatibility.
In addition to the existing option, we can add support for {{ozone.log.dir}}
The order of precedence will be as follows
* {{ozone.log.dir}} JVM argument
* {{OZONE_LOG_DIR}} environment variable
* {{hadoop.log.dir}} JVM argument
* {{HADOOP_LOG_DIR}} (Deprecated)
* {{${OZONE_HOME}/logs}} (Fallback)
We can mark {{hadoop.log.dir}} as deprecated.
