@xichen01 Can you update the pull request description with the current
expected behavior of this PR? I'm still not totally sure what expected behavior
I should be reviewing for. I think it is
- Rename FSO file or directory changes parent directory mtime
- Create bucket changes volume mtime
- rename at the base of an FSO bucket changes bucket mtime
- rename at base of an OBS bucket does not change the bucket mtime
- I'm not sure which way to go on this one. If rename of a bucket
updates volume mtime, then maybe object rename should update bucket mtime?
