I noticed the log message for the EC reconstruction commands on the datanodes
looks like:

org.apache.hadoop.ozone.container.ec.reconstruction.ECReconstructionCoordinatorTask:
Completed the EC reconstruction of the container 1
{code}
It would be useful if this log message also included the indexes and target DNs
it has reconstructed, and perhaps the time it took to do the reconstruction
task. Alternative a "starting reconstruction" would let us work out the time,
but it would be more noise having 2 log messages rather than 1.
