With HDDS-7570 providing an ofs://tmp directory that is shared / common for
users, this Jira is to extend this functionality by making the bucket name
configurable.
Currently the common ofs:://tmp dir is hard coded to "tmp". This Jira allows
the directory name to be configurable.
