Idea: Display the state of SnapshotDeletingTask on the OM Web UI.
1. whether the task is running
2. which deleted snapshot is the task currently processing. how much keys are
left in the current deleted snapshot's deleted(Key)Table.
3. how many deleted snapshots are there in the snapshotInfoTable.
4. how long has the current iteration been going on (calculated from task start
timestamp)
Same applies to all existing Ozone Manager background services as well. Can be
valuable for state monitoring and debugging.
