Proposed approach for getting aggregated info of access count w.r.t READ and
WRITE operation at volume and bucket level is by processing audit logs or in
read/write handlers in OM. This includes following subtasks:
* Audit logs file transfer to Recon or process in OM itself
* Push or pull approach to make processed data available to Recon.
