Description: Existing integration and acceptance tests cover both
directions of replication, depending on config. The goal of this task is to
add unit tests for the push-related classes. (was: ReplicationSupervisor
currently tracks in-flight replication by container ID. In the push model,
there might be multiple replication tasks for the same container to different
target datanodes.)
