As adoption of bucket layout types continues, we have added numerous related
config keys for different use cases:
* Default bucket layout type in OM
* Default bucket layout type from s3g (pending HDDS-7495)
* Option to allow s3g to create directories with 0 byte files when operating
on an FSO bucket (pending HDDS-7594).
While these configs have sensible defaults, we should still update the docs to
cover them and explain some use cases.
