S3 Gateway uses Weld for dependency injection. The version currently used
(2.4.7) is rather old. The goal of this task is to upgrade to Weld 4. (Weld 5
requires Java 11.)
Weld 3 and 4 implement CDI 2.0, so other dependencies may need to be upgraded.
