Description:
Recon has an API endpoint to get container size distribution in Ozone. Add
visualisation in Recon UI for this using histograms.
We will have to add another box that will display the percentages
example
0-2 GB 10%
2-4 GB . 20%
4-5 GB 70%
5+ GB 0%
