Summary: Allow user or admin to abort In-Progress SnapDiff

Add the ability (in CLI or Web UI) to allow the current user or an admin to
abort SnapDiff calculation. A SnapDiff calc can be very expensive
computationally wise.
1. Capture Ctrl+C signal when running SnapDiff CLI and send an RPC to the
server (OM), so the OM know the user has aborted the operation.
2. Allow OM admin to issue a CLI to list on-going SnapDiff calc, and be able to
abort it with a another CLI subcommand.
