Description: During snapshot creation, use deleteRange to remove the keys
in the snapshot scope (bucket) from deletedTable so that they aren't
pointlessly scanned by KeyDeletingService since optimization around
KeyDeletingService scan of the keys "trapped" inside snapshots aren't yet in
