Summary: Make unlimited length the default in ozone debug ldb

When using {{ozone debug ldb}}, we frequently have made incorrect assumptions
on what the system does/does not know because we have forgotten to include the
--length=-1 parameter to show all results. Since this is a common mistake that
can lead to setbacks while debugging, we should make unlimited length the
default.
