Ozone certificates: RootCA, IntermediaryCA, subCA for all components are
created with days as the unit for Creation/Expiry Time.
This limits the functionality of using hours, minutes or lower times.
Even on defining ISO-8601 duration format PnDTnHnMn.nS, still the certificates
are having days as precedence.
