HDDS-7083 had been trying to wait for HDDS-6449 to commit first. But it looks
like HDDS-6449 has been dormant for a few time. Agree to reconcile the tmp
directory. As for HDDS-6449, it's on the feature branch. The tmp directory
will be synced from master before feature merge.
