[~nanda] , thanks for the Jira and subtasks. We are very interested in this
feature as part of the scm manual recovery process from node and disk failure -
HDDS-7202. We'd like to help out, collaborate and work on this ticket.
If avail and possible, could you please upload any form of scm decommissioning
recovery doc that you have? Thanks!
