In some pathological cases, when the client is slowly uploading very large
objects via S3 MPU with hundreds/thousands of parts, the OM can write
excessively large log entries into the RocksDB WAL. This is not a functional
issue but it is inefficient.
HDDS-8128 fixed this for the common case however slow writes may still hit
this. This jira tracks adding a long-term fix for the problem.
