We have a container failed to be loaded by Datanode with the following log.

force_consistency_checks: VersionBuilder: L0 file #5367 with seqno 11462 11462
vs. file #24 with global_seqno 11462 in file
/Users/Janus/testground/31_db_repair/bad_containers/metadata/62475-dn-container.db/MANIFEST-005396
{code}
The rocksdb can be opened with C++ program.
