setquota on bucket & volume level doesn't accept accept the values in decimals
. For ex : 1.5GB , 2.5 TB etc .
Below is the output returned on running the command

[root@quasar-tvqwpy-1 /]# ozone sh bucket setquota --space-quota 1.5GB
/volume4/bucket4/
Invalid values for quota, to ensure that the Quota format is legal(supported
values are B, KB, MB, GB and TB). And the quota value cannot be greater than
Long.MAX_VALUE BYTES{noformat}
RCA :
Only positive integers are supported for the quota values.
We need to decide if this has to be a code change or has to be added in the
documentation.
