Legacy buckets in Ozone offer support for both flat object stores and
hierarchical file systems. The *ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths* configuration
is crucial for these legacy buckets, as it determines whether the bucket
behaves as an object store or a hierarchical file system. If set to T{*}rue{*}
the legacy buckets will behave as a *filesystem* and *False* for
{*}Object-Store{*}.
Currently only File-System Legacy buckets Support namespace summaries we need
to add support for Object-Store Legacy buckets ie(when
*ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths* is {*}False{*})
