Summary: [pki] Error Log values for certificate duration are
switched

On setting invalid values in the config, SCM fails to start as expected with
below error message but the duration values are mixed across max and default
durations.
>>> message = "2023-04-13 06:59:04,643 ERROR
>>> org.apache.hadoop.hdds.security.x509.SecurityConfig: Certificate duration
>>> PT120H should not be greater than Maximum Certificate duration PT240H"
Values set
'hdds.x509.max.duration': 'P5D' ~ PT120H
'hdds.x509.default.duration': 'P10D' ~ PT240H
'hdds.x509.renew.grace.duration': 'P5D' ~ PT120H
