While add the unit tests for HDDS-8243, it was found that write after lease
recovery does not fail, which is unexpected.
File length does not change, which means OM is not affected. However, the
concern is that unwanted data is written into DataNode. We may have to send
another RPC to DataNode to prevent data written into the file.
