The ScmRoles Intellij runconfiguration for SCM HA support is currently not
working.
When runconfiguration in voked under HA configuration get error,

Unmatched arguments from index 1: 'scm', 'roles'
Usage: ozone admin [-hV] [--verbose] [-conf=<configurationPath>]
[-D=<String=String>]... [COMMAND]
