Description:
Workflow runs are not allowed to run on forks with upper case letters in them
as evidenced by this run:
[https://github.com/Galsza/ozone-docker-runner/actions/runs/4870571711/jobs/8686486040#step:3:7]
Add changes to allow these workflow runs.
This is needed because docker run command expects lowercase arguments.
