## What changes were proposed in this pull request? The containers which are created in SCM and never got created in the datanode (allocated block discarded by the client) and moved to CLOSING state during pipeline deletion will have to be cleaned up in SCM. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA HDDS-7882 ## How was this patch tested?
