Resolution: Not A Problem
I can confirm using the latest Docker Compose v2.17.3 (bundled with Docker
Desktop 4.19.0 on macOS), this is no longer an issue. Seems that the original
compatiblity issue (or bug) has been resolved on Docker Compose's end.
Thanks [~NeilJoshi] for confirming that on a Linux box.
