Summary: Update server side code to do not store and supply sub-CA
certificates

Once all services switch to the new certificate-bundles supplied in reply to
the CSRs, we do not need the sub-CA certificates anymore in any of the
TrustStores, with that we can remove the logic that stores the sub-CA certs,
and supplies them within the ServiceInfo object.
Scope of this task is to remove the server side code regarding sub-CA certs.
