Description: Add a CLI tool to list snapDiff job for operational purpose.
By default it will list *IN_PROGRESS* job and can provide an additional
parameter (if needed) to list different type of snapdiff jobs e.g. *FAILED*,
*DONE*. (was: Add a CLI command to -pause,- cancel and delete a snapDiff job
for operational purpose.)
