This change cannot be committed as it is - see my comment above. I am interested to know what the use case for "owner" is - I have never seen it used. If there is a need for there to be ownership of containers, then for EC, the ownership may have to be at the pipeline level, but that would require managing several pools of pipelines which could be a problem too.
