I checked the master branch of the code, and the 1.3.0 branch, there is not
much difference in the implementation of the getContainer() method. And there
is no limit to the number of ec pipelines in ozone version 1.3.0.
I guess is that the lock in the getContainer() method is the cause of the long
latency.
