## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Our tests depend on flokkr/hadoop which has stopped developing. We should switch to apache/hadoop docker images which has the latest Hadoop 3.3.5 docker image. For the tests that rely on older Hadoop versions, keep using flokkr/hadoop because apache/hadoop currently only maintain 3.3.x images. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-8825 ## How was this patch tested?
