Summary: Migrate the various Insight summaries to the

Currently, all the key summaries are located in their respective insight
endpoints. However, since these summaries are called on the overview page,
which utilizes the clusterstateEndpoint to display various data, it is
necessary to transfer the output of these summaries to be displayed using the
clusterstateEndpoint. This transfer will help avoid confusion.
