Description:
There was a major concerns "Having a network call that generates a file on the
server is strange." raised in [PR|https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/5061].
Discussion: https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/5061#issuecomment-1638781980.
This concern can be addressed if we can convert this API call to either return
graph POJO or stream the file to the client.
This task is to compare the above solution and enhance the tool.
