This task is use *JUnit#assertThrow* to validate exception and their messages
and deprecate *GenericTestUtils#assertExceptionContains*. *JUnit#assertThrow*
provides the same lambda functionality as
GenericTestUtils#assertExceptionContains and JUnit is already as dependency of
Ozone.
