Summary: UNHEALTHY replica data not reflected in container report

Steps :
# Write volume/bucket/key
# Close container of the above key
# Simulate UNHEALTHY replica in one of the datanode of the above container
Expected behaviour - Container report does not reflect any UNHEALTHY
containers, even though container info shows the replica as unhealthy.
