Currently, we have
[testSnapshotChainManagerRestore|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/hadoop-ozone/integration-test/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/ozone/om/TestOzoneManagerHASnapshot.java#L230]
which only cares about snapshot creation. We need to update this test to be
snapshot delete aware as well.
