I have executed the tests on current master branch.
There are total 4 tests in *TestAddRemoveOzoneManager* including
*testBootstrapWithoutConfigUpdate*
all are getting passed. This issue can't be reproduced after repeated execution
for a few times in CI.
There is one more test annotated as flaky
*TestAddRemoveOzoneManager.testBootstrap* and there is Jira raised for that
failure https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-7880 . *testBootstrap* is
also getting passed in that CI test runs i.e all 4 tests are getting passed.
