Hi @adoroszlai thanks for working on this! I executed the TestSecureOzoneCluster on my local fork's CI 100 times, specifically for the changes in this PR. Although the `testCertificateRotationUnRecoverableFailure` is marked with **`@Unhealthy`**, the test still runs and fails.
