Description:
HDDS-9334 added the ability to specify a prefix for threads created in
common/framework code ({{EventQueue}}, {{BackgroundService}}, etc.). These are
used by multiple components (SCM, OM, DN). However, HDDS-9334 has set the
actual prefix only for some of the usages as a proof of concept.
Goals of this task:
* replace all occurrences of empty thread name prefix in datanode with the
real one
* apply the same prefix to all other threads created in datanode code.
