`TestOMRatisSnapshots` was a timing sensitive test. When we changed a (unlrelated) Ratis timeout in HDDS-9232, it failed. HDDS-9416 fixed it by resetting the timeout. I guess updating to Ratis to 3.0.0 also changes the timing behavior so that `TestOMRatisSnapshots` is failing again. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
